Naish Estate Agents is a long established, Award winning, independent family business offering estate agency and property management services. We’ve been operating in York and the surrounding areas as an estate agency, under a few name changes, for over 80 years and have years of experience in the property field. We’ve been located in our current building, next to York Minster, since 1976.

We are a small family business and you will always have access to a director, the business owner, as well as the friendly team members that support them. In case you were wondering, we spell it “Naish”, but pronounce it “Nash”!

Our appointments are as discreet as possible and always at your convenience, so no need to worry if you haven’t told the neighbours yet! With our combined 20+ years of experience, we will be upfront and honest if we feel that some decorative touch ups are needed, or if the furniture needs shifting to accentuate the space. If we think you’ll get a better price or a quicker sale by tackling some repairs, we’ll let you know!
