Journaling Top Tips - Get practical tips to make journalling easier and enjoyable, even if your time is limited.
Mindful Meditation to Calm the Mind - We’ll end the session with a calming 10-minute guided meditation, written by me. Allowing you to centre yourself and release any stress or worries.
